Lincoln Hill Manor is licensed by the Department of Public Health as a 30 bed Rest Home. LHM is allowed to dispense medications and keep charts that are reviewed by a Registered Nurse on a monthly basis. LHM is inspected on a regular interval by DPH for meals, medications, and quality and cleanliness of the facility. DPH requires documentation to be kept for everything including the above, CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) on employees, nutritionist's charts etc. There is also an Ombudsman who visits on a weekly basis to make sure that resident needs are being met.
