Lincoln Hill Manor is the most affordable Private Pay living option in the Worcester area.
Our pricing is typically 25% below comparable facilities that provide the same level of dining,
activity, and other options. Our goal is to make your funds last as long as possible.
If your funds get exhausted, then we should be able to provide you the same level of service
through government programs as we have done for our Private Pay residents in the past.
Once you come to Lincoln Hill Manor, you will not have to worry about expenses.
There are two main government support options: (1) Mass Health, (2) EAEDC - Emergency
Aid to Elders, Disabled and Children (EAEDC). We also work with the VA, SSI, and NaviCare. Depending upon your situation, we will work with you
to get you qualified through the appropriate programs.

There is one flat charge for all the services at Lincoln Hill Manor that includes all the services below:

  1. Rooms and bathroom accommodations
  2. Utilities and Free resident phone
  3. Free Cable TV
  4.  Housekeeping and laundry
  5. Maintenance of building and grounds
  6. Highly trained staff offers assistance with activities of daily living as needed, including bathing, dressing, eating, ambulating, feeding & toileting
  7. Three nutritious meals planned daily by a registered dietician
  8. Healthy snacks and coffee
  9. All assistance with personal care and hygiene
  10. Bathing assistance
  11. Personal laundry
  12. Medication management and full administration
  13. Full activities program
  14. Linen and towel service
  15. Bowl, bladder Management Continence program
  16. Medication
  17. Transportation arrangement to doctor appointments
  18. Pharmacy services and free delivery
  19.  Dietitian on site as needed
